The Food Day campaign has released a ranking of 73 veggies to get onto your healthy meal plates as a part of a celebration for National Nutrition Month. Eating just two or three servings a meal can load you up with the recommended 11 servings of fruit and vegetables a day!

At the top of the list, we have leafy greens and dark orange veggies! Find your favorites and stick to the high end of scoring for more vitamins, minerals and fiber!
